I am Caroline the owner of Sacred Odyssey, which is the journey we take together — and it begins the moment you're ready for real change. Tutored by many amazing people including the Mayan's for my Cacao Ceremonies, The Foundation of Shamanic Studies for some of my shamanic work, Keith and Marguerite Bailey (my original tutors in NFSH healing).

As an energy consultant, healer, and counsellor, I offer 1:1 sessions in person or online, with a unique ability to identify and help you change the core issues holding you back. Drawing on my expertise in counselling and energy therapies, I help you achieve clarity, direction, and the goals that truly matter to you. In some sessions, we also explore ancestry and past life blocks to release what may have been carried for generations.

With my natural psychic abilities and deep connection to the spiritual realms, my life and work are a living example of what's possible when practicality and energy therapies come together. Having come through trauma's of my own I am compassionate, empathetic staying grounded to hold the space for you. I am an oracle card reader and can give you insights into your pathway.

Alongside 1:1 sessions, As a qualified teacher of adults, I offer a diverse range of healing services and courses in Kent, designed to help you learn Reiki or Paradigm Healing® and enhance your well-being.
