Come along and learn how to be a Reiki healer. All levels available. This day long course teaches you the first stages of Reiki to give it to yourself and friends/family.

I give support after your completion of the day. Reiki 1 enables you if you wish to progress  Reiki level ll.

Meditation

I have been teaching and  practicing  daily meditations for years. The benefits of meditation are lower stress levels, less anxiety, more able to cope with daily life and I personally find a much deeper sense of peace.

It isn't about emptying your mind but more allowing. Please contact me to learn this wonderful way to release stress. I can work online and in person. ​​
